PUPPY SALES AGREEMENT
SEMPER FI BULLDOGGES(VIRGIL LUBEN-BREEDER)
SHOTS:Puppies will have 1st series@ 6weeks.
WORMED:Will be parasite free at time of pick-up or shipping.
1)The seller guarantee this puppy to be in good health at time of sale.
2)The buyer agrees to take this puppy to a licensed veterinarian within 72 hrs. for a health check. Buyer will mail a copy of veterinarian report within 3 days of health check.
3)Should the puppy be determined to be in ill health the cause clearly attributable to the seller ,the puppy maybe replaced by a puppy of equal value.(NO CASH REFUNDS).Buyer will have 24hrs to FAX a copy of Vet report.Please call seller first.All must be done within the 72 hrs. given or guarantee is null and void. 4)Seller will not be held responsible for any vet bills occured. THIS IS A 1 YEAR GUARANTEE.
5)We sell our pups as pets to good homes if you decide to show or breed we don't guarantee them to be such quality.
6)All picks will be made by the time pups are 3weeks old.We will give 48hrs after the 3weeks then you may lose your order of pick.
7) Buyer is responsible for shipping,price of crate and health certificate.
8)When naming your pup we ask that when you register with our kennel name in front of dogges name.(Example:Semper Fi's your pups name)
